Description

he characteristic feature of this model: at the base of blade there is a hole and a convenient stop above it. The product has the following characteristics: the length when it is opened is 205 mm, and folded – 110 mm. Ganzo G619 model has a blade with straight sharpening the length of which is 90 mm and spine thickness is 2.5 mm.

440C stainless steel is used for the product fabrication; it has excellently proved itself not only in the knife production, but also in other sectors of light and heavy industry. One of the advantages of this model is its high corrosion resistance and hardness which allows to retain sharpening well.

Special hole at the knife base, mentioned above, simplifies slightly the design, and ribbed spine above it makes the knife more convenient for work with solid materials increasing the force applied to the object.

The knife is comfortably placed in hand because of the ergonomic handle. Small knurling on the surface of the handle allows not to strain oneself keeping the knife in any weather conditions. The handle is made of popular ABS-plastic, the main advantages of which is great resistance and insensitivity to chemically aggressive substances.

CRKT SHIZUKA NOH KEN
Proven on Missions. Ready to be transported anywhere. A new compact version of the Otanashi noh Ken™, this folding tactical knife features the manual LAWKS® safety innovation to perform its duty at the highest level, when you need it most.
James Williams of Encinitas, CA is the designer behind the Shizuka noh Ken™. A veteran and martial arts practitioner/instructor who teaches special operations teams worldwide, his knives have become staples for military Special Forces and tactical Law Enforcement professionals. The new compact version is easier to carry, more concealable, and is the perfect complement to your personal defense tools. In use by Special Operations warriors even before its introduction to the public, this design has proven extremely effective in high-risk environments.

The knife, that's name translates to "hidden blade", features a classic Osaraku style blade shape made famous by the 16th century Samurai warlord Takeda Shingen. This modified tanto blade design provides you with an efficient and effective cutting tool and shows up when called upon for deep penetrating and slashing duties. At 3.75" it's the perfect size for practical defense security wherever it's put to use.

Structural integrity is paramount with this blade. That's why the knife comes with the manual LAWKS® safety innovation. LAWKS® sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame. This pin acts as an additional layer of safety, so the locking liner is less likely to disengage during use. Just fully deploy the blade, slide the LAWKS® lever forward to engage the safety system and it's game on. When you're done, slide the lever back, disengage the frame lock, and fold the blade into the closed position.

The blade of the Shizuka noh Ken™ is laser engraved with Japanese kanji that signify "The Hidden Blade," an ideal embodied in the compact nature of this knife. The knife also comes with a G10 handle for unmatched grip and a clip that allows for deep inconspicuous carry. You'd expect nothing less from a designer who has exten

CRKT K.I.S.S. IN THE DARK
There's nothing like the real thing. The Original K.I.S.S.®, with its Tanto-inspired blade and bead-blast finish, is the revolutionary high-tech statement by Knifemakers' Guild member and K.I.S.S. designer "Daddy K.I.S.S." Ed Halligan. It stands for "Keep It Super Simple." It's one honey of a knife, precision fine blanked for superior fit and smooth operation.

The K.I.S.S.® in the Dark features blade, frame, clip and hardware in black non-reflective plating that is tough and long lasting.

Like all folding knives in the K.I.S.S. family, Ed Halligan's unique two-piece construction features an integral frame lock, and a breakthrough design which seals the cutting edge against the handle.

A thumb stud is used to one-hand open the blade, and as the blade is fully rotated open, the frame lock snaps crisply in behind the blade to give a sound lockup. The blade can be closed with one hand, simply by releasing the frame lock.

The Original K.I.S.S.® blade shape is Tanto-inspired—Chisel-Point grind on the front and flat on the backside—so that when the blade is closed onto its handle/frame, the precision fit effectively "seals" the cutting edge to the frame, even though it's exposed. Both Razor-Sharp and Combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point™ Serrated edge grinds are available. Both blade and frame are 420J2 stainless.

The design of the K.I.S.S. series pocket/money clip permits them to be used in a variety of ways: clipped to the pocket; as a money clip knife; and with split-ring or lanyard, as a key chain knife.

In the wake of the success of the K.I.S.S., a flock of imitators has appeared; none offers the simple elegance of Ed Halligan's original design, and none offers the value of CRKT quality manufacturing. In fact, the more Ed's design is imitated, the better it looks.
